JUNE 29, LAKE MOREY RESORT

"I grew up in Fairlee, running around in the woods. I would daydream about a place to play with other musicians. 15 years ago my dream came true and together with Kata we created this place. We created Tuck’s Rock Dojo. Through the band program we gave young musicians a chance to follow their musical passion, and to rock the songs on stage that inspires them. We have a created a safe place for musical curiosities and in the process we now realize that we also created a community. "

"For the past 5 years we have been organizing dojo alumni parties where kids who left after high school can come together, jam, talk, reconnect. We have started noticing how much these parties mean to the kids. It was inspiring to see generations connect in such meaningful ways. We wanted to share their joy, their amazing talent with the parents, and with the larger community. We needed a big stage and we needed a partner to help make another dream come true, so we reached out Catamount Arts and Lake Morey Resort and without hesitation they both said yes for a grand celebration of music."
